What we do
We are a real estate brokerage and investment facilitation company. We work with home buyers, property investors, commercial buyers and NRIs looking at Mohali, New Chandigarh and Chandigarh. We help them shortlist, visit, negotiate and complete purchases, and we provide resale and exit assistance later.
We earn a commission on completed transactions, disclosed upfront. We do not guarantee profits, appreciation, liquidity, rental yields or exits, and we'd be wary of anyone who does.

AV Realtor is a real estate intermediary. We are usually paid a commission by the developer or seller when a transaction completes. If any fee is payable by you, we will tell you the amount in writing before you proceed. We will tell you which developers we hold a marketing mandate with.
