Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains how AV Realtor [legal entity name to be confirmed] (“AV Realtor”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website, our forms, phone and WhatsApp conversations. We aim to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules as they come into force, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

What we collect

  • Details you give us: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (optional), country of residence (NRI enquiries), the project, budget range, purpose, timeline and other preferences you choose, and any message you write. Funding preference is optional and you can choose “prefer not to say”.
  • Enquiry context: the page you enquired from, campaign parameters in the link you arrived by (such as UTM tags or an ad click identifier), the date and time, and the consent choices you made.
  • Technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser's user-agent, used for security, spam prevention and rate limiting.
  • With your permission only: analytics and advertising-measurement cookies (see Cookies below).

We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, income or other sensitive financial information on this website.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, understand your requirement and arrange site visits (based on your consent).
  • To send occasional project updates, only if you ticked the optional box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prioritise follow-up so genuine enquiries receive a timely response. This uses only what you told us about your requirement.
  • To measure which pages and advertisements lead to genuine enquiries, only if you allowed advertising measurement.
  • To keep records required by law, and to prevent fraud and misuse.

Who we share it with

  • The developer or seller of a project you ask about, only to the extent needed to arrange your visit or purchase.
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract: website hosting, database, email and messaging providers.
  • Google and Meta, only if you allowed advertising measurement: we may send a hashed (irreversibly encoded) email or phone number and ad click identifiers so the platforms can tell us which ads led to genuine enquiries.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised, unless a purchase or legal obligation requires longer retention, in which case we keep only what is required.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a summary of the data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it, or withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: reply “STOP” on WhatsApp, or email us). You may also nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and you have the right to grievance redressal.

Grievance Officer

Anil Kumar, +91 90411 10111. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and resolve grievances within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint process is available.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Essential (always on): security, spam protection, your privacy choices, and a session-only record of how you arrived so your enquiry is attributed correctly.
  • Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, to understand which pages are useful.
  • Advertising measurement (optional): Google Ads and Meta Pixel, to measure which ads lead to genuine enquiries and to show relevant ads. When allowed, we also keep a 90-day first-party record of the campaign you first arrived from.

You can change your choices at any time: .

Children

Our services are for adults. Our forms ask you to confirm you are 18 or older; we do not knowingly collect children's data.

Security and transfers

We use access controls, encryption in transit, hashed identifiers and audit logs. Some service providers may store data outside India; we use providers with appropriate safeguards and comply with any transfer restrictions notified by the Government of India. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

If you live outside India

Many of our clients are NRIs and OCI cardholders. If you contact us from abroad, we use your details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange calls, video walkthroughs and visits, and (if you agree) to send occasional project updates. Your enquiry is stored with our database provider in India. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change that at any time with “Privacy choices” in the footer. Where the law of the country you live in gives you rights over your personal data (for example the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR), you can use them by writing to us: we will answer within the time that law requires.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. Consent wording version in use: 2026-10-23.v3.
