Common questions

Do I pay AV Realtor a fee?

Usually the developer or seller pays our commission. If any fee is payable by you, we tell you the amount in writing before you proceed.

Can you arrange home loan support?

We can coordinate with lenders you choose and help with paperwork. Loan approval and terms are decided by the lender.
