Independent brokerage

AV Realtor is an independent real estate brokerage. This is not the official website of any developer. Developer and project names are used only to identify projects. Where we describe ourselves as authorised to market a project, we hold a written mandate from the developer or seller; ask us to see it.

RERA

Projects listed are registered with the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Registration numbers are shown with the date we last checked them; please verify them yourself at rera.punjab.gov.in. RERA registration is not an approval of a project's quality, pricing or prospects. Our agent registration: PBRERA-LDH45-REA2384 (registered to Anil Kumar, valid until 12 September 2028).

Commission and conflicts of interest

AV Realtor is a real estate intermediary. We are usually paid a commission by the developer or seller when a transaction completes. If any fee is payable by you, we will tell you the amount in writing before you proceed. We will tell you which developers we hold a marketing mandate with.

Prices

Prices and price bands are indicative, dated, and exclude taxes, registration, stamp duty and other charges unless stated. Final prices are as per the developer's or seller's written offer and the agreement for sale.

Investment risk

Property values can fall as well as rise. AV Realtor does not guarantee appreciation, rental income, resale timelines, liquidity or exit prices. Past trends are not a reliable indicator of future results. Please make purchase decisions on your own judgement, with independent legal and financial advice where appropriate.

AV Realtor does not offer assured-return, buy-back or pooled investment schemes and is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

NRI buyers

Information about FEMA, tax and repatriation is general. Your chartered accountant and bank must confirm what applies to you.
